Services
Moutawakil Media provides video content, social media content, and digital advertising services. Project scope, deliverables, timelines, and fees are agreed with the client before work begins.
Client responsibilities
The client is responsible for providing accurate information, timely approvals, and materials they have the right to use. The client is also responsible for ensuring that advertising claims, offers, and supplied content comply with applicable law and platform rules.
Payment
Payments are processed through Stripe or another agreed payment method. Third-party advertising spend, production expenses, and approved costs may be billed separately when agreed in the project scope.
Refunds and disputes
Because services involve reserved time and custom creative work, refunds are reviewed case by case. A cancellation request should be sent before work begins. Once production or campaign work has started, completed work, booked production time, approved expenses, and third-party advertising spend are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly so we can review any concern fairly.
Changes and cancellation
Requests that materially change the agreed scope may require a new estimate. We may pause or cancel work when required information, approvals, or payments are overdue.
