The client is responsible for the accuracy and legal use of materials they provide. We may pause work when required information, approvals, or payments are overdue. These terms are governed by the laws applicable to Moutawakil Investments, L.L.C. in Texas.
Refund & cancellation
Because our services involve reserved time and custom creative work, refunds are reviewed case by case. A client may request cancellation before work begins. Once production or campaign work has started, amounts related to completed work, booked production time, approved expenses, or third-party advertising spend are generally non-refundable. Contact us promptly with any dispute so we can review it fairly.
